Photography, Video, and Studio Services
Submitting an inquiry, estimate request, reservation request, or proposed date does not by itself create a confirmed booking or service agreement. A project is confirmed only after Ken Jones Photography accepts the scope, required documents are completed, and any required retainer or deposit is received.
Photography, video production, studio rental, licensing, usage, delivery, cancellation, and payment terms may be governed by a separate estimate, invoice, booking confirmation, rental agreement, production agreement, or other written contract. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the separate agreement controls for that project.
Copyright and Permitted Use
Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, videos, graphics, text, branding, page designs, and other original material on this website are owned by or licensed to Ken Jones Photography and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
