Starting points and common rates
Simple services can have a reference price. Commercial productions, teams, location work, licensing, rush delivery, and more complex shoots are quoted after the project details are reviewed.
Corporate Headshots

Individuals, executives and company teams
Business headshots
Professional headshots are available for LinkedIn, company profiles, press, websites, speaking bios and professional directories. Sessions can be photographed in the Lower Manhattan studio or on location.
Clients are directed throughout the session and typically review proofs before choosing final images for professional retouching.
Executive & environmental portraits
Executive portraits can be more editorial than a standard headshot and may use an office, boardroom, architecture, city environment or studio setup. Company-wide headshot programs can also be designed for consistent results and future hires.
Lower Manhattan photography studio
The studio is available by appointment for photography, fashion, portraits, headshots, product/e-commerce work, castings and selected video productions. Optional lighting, grip, seamless paper, assistants, digital tech and production support are available.
The Fulton Street location can also be useful as a production base for nearby Financial District, Oculus, Wall Street and South Street Seaport locations.
Professional sessions, not a walk-in passport counter
Ken Jones Photography does not offer ordinary walk-in/basic passport-photo service. Passport- or visa-standard photographs may be created as part of a booked professional portrait session when you provide the exact government requirements.
This can include non-U.S. standards, unusual dimensions, specific backgrounds, digital files, prints and situations where the photographer or studio information is required. Send the destination country and current specifications before the appointment so the requirements can be reviewed.
Interview and corporate video production
Video projects can include executive interviews, testimonials, company profiles, nonprofit stories and branded content. Depending on the production, services may include multiple cameras, professional lighting and sound, interview direction, B-roll, editing, captions and web/social versions.
Advertising, fashion, beauty and product imagery
Appointments, availability and walk-ins
Shoots, studio rentals and planning visits are scheduled by appointment. The studio is not operated as a walk-in portrait counter. Production times may be earlier, later or on weekends when arranged for a project; availability is confirmed before booking.
If you have a deadline, include the preferred shoot date, backup date and final-delivery date in your inquiry.

Who is the main photographer?
Ken Jones is the owner and lead photographer of Ken Jones Photography. He photographs corporate, commercial, fashion, beauty, editorial and portrait work and also directs video and larger productions.
Do you photograph nude or implied-nude work?
Adult nude or implied-nude photography can be considered for appropriate professional portrait, fashion, beauty, editorial or fine-art projects. These sessions are planned in advance and reviewed individually; include the concept, intended use and production details when you contact the studio.
Can you photograph our whole company?
Yes. Company headshots can be produced in the studio or at your office. Team estimates depend on headcount, schedule, location, retouching, consistency requirements and production needs.
Do you come to client offices?
Yes. On-location photography and video production are available. Location work can involve additional transportation, equipment, assistant, insurance, parking and setup requirements.
Do you retouch photographs?
Yes. Professional retouching is available. The goal is polished and believable imagery that still looks like the real person or product rather than synthetic or over-processed.
Can you match our existing company headshot style?
Often, yes. Send examples of the current headshots, brand guidelines or the company staff page so the lighting, crop, background and overall style can be reviewed before the shoot.
